The picture below shows USA military bases located in middle east. Fortunately Iran isn't that defenseless which makes military conflict less likely to happen.
The bases focused along the Persian Gulf are mostly other countries naval bases that we have a presence in. This presence has existed mostly due to the wars in Iraq. The bases in Afghanistan are positioned all the way around the border to prevent militants from crossing.
These 2 things together distorts the image a lot to make it look like US is intentionally cornering Iran. In reality they were not placed in those locations because of the current saber rattling going on.
Additionally, the map is not very accurate. Some of those "bases" are supply hubs without a US military presence, and quite a few of the others have a very small US presence ~ 1,000 troops operating in support roles. This map was clearly created for sensationalism.
It was very useful for me. Keep sharing such ideas in the future as well. This was actually what I was looking for, and I am glad to came here! Thanks for sharing the such information with us.
What you're saying is completely true. I know that everybody must say the same thing, but I just think that you put it in a way that everyone can understand. I'm sure you'll reach so many people with what you've got to say.
I guess we gonna find out soon...
